Advocate Chaitanya Sahoo in his credit M.Com, LLB from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and MBA from National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Kolkata.

Advocate Chaitanya Sahoo is having around 20 years of experience in practicing as an advocate in various level of Courts i.e. District Courts, High Court of Orissa at Cuttack, Other High Courts, Supreme Court of India, CAT, NCLT, DCDRC, SCDRC, NCDRC, DRT, and DRAT, etc.

He is having thorough knowledge in drafting Petition, Application, Complaint, Appeal, Review, WRIT and SLP, Reply/Written Statement/Counter Affidavit, Rejoinder/Replication, etc. In the matters of Civil, Criminal, Debt Recovery, Money Recovery, Cheque bouncing, due diligence, consumer disputes, property, real estate, matrimonial, Corporate matters, labour matters, service matter, GST and Income Tax, etc.

Under his guidance the team has been addressing the disputes of its valued clients smoothly. They believe in team work. In case one advocate is not available the date of hearing, other take the responsibility in his/her shoulders.
